Restorative
A gentle, trauma-informed class to wind down from effort into ease. Accessible for all levels, you’ll be invited to soften your breath, release tension, and settle into shapes that restore both body and mind. With playful, grounding movement and restful holds, you can expect to leave class feeling calm, centered, and replenished.
Slow Flow
Find balance in movement and stillness. This Slow Flow class weaves together strength and endurance sequences with deep release and grounding postures. Moving at an intentional pace, you’ll build heat and stability while also creating space to pause, soften, and restore. With options for every level, this practice offers both challenge and calm—leaving you feeling steady, centered, and balanced in body and mind.
Flow
Our weekly wildcard—a playful practice where no two classes are quite the same. Rooted in vinyasa and guided by curiosity, this class invites you to explore movement, breath, and connection in fresh ways each week. With options for every body, this class offers a balance of strength, mobility, and ease—keeping practice lighthearted, and dynamic.
